Thank you.

To all those who read this blog. This is a testimony of God's power to anyone who wants to pursue a ministry to accomplish the purpose that He has written for our lives. If we trust in Him completely, He will guide our steps so His Ministry becomes a well watered garden growing fruit to His perfection, not limited by any physical sense, but everything supplied by Him.

"And my God will meet all my needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19

Enjoy the journey with me.

Love,

Cathy

Part 1 of 2 - June 2014 - December 2014

My last post was June of 2014 and it is now December of 2015.  I'm feeling quite sad about not having updated this blog in such a long time.  The good news is, I have a bunch of pictures that will help me update this past year and a half.  We've had 2 camps, 1 fundraiser car wash and 1 special Olympics event.  We've had such joy and success and blessings along the way.  I believe that our group has grown much stronger and the foundation of the ministry will not be broken!!!

The ministry Facebook page has kept us up to date with pictures but with very little commentary.  I will write a brief summary of the events that follow with pictures in between.   The challenge for me will be to find just a few pictures that adequately describe the wonderful events that took place even though I have hundreds of photos in the ministry library on my laptop.

I will break this post into two posts.  Finish the year of 2014 here and start another one to include all of 2015.

Our first major event following my last blog is our 5th Annual Horse Camp.  We did not bring Mina or Breehia since Mina was too little for the adventure and Breehia was still nursing her.  We headed out as normal with our four trailers, Tom towing his big stock trailer.  We chose to go in June this year because of the least likeliness of having any rain issues.  I reserved plenty of campsites for all of us.  Mike also planned on bringing his archery equipment.  We reserved our sites surrounding the group site this year.  I reserved them early enough in 2014, that we were able to get all of them.  This made it super convenient for meals and gatherings.  We were also able to mount our horses right by the trail that we normally go out on for our rides.

Since my husband Steve was not planning on giving the message on Sunday because he needed to give the message at our church, I planned to give everyone an assignment to find all the glory of the Lord throughout the whole time at camp and then we would meet up on Sunday and share our glory experiences.  This turned out to be an amazing exercise.  Each one of us were more than aware of God's glory throughout the weekend.  We had more than one example we could have shared for sure.  So much glory happened.   For example, the white stock trailer door would not open or stay closed.  We had a dad that helped fix it so we no longer had an issue, even to this day.  We had spaghetti multiply!!!  We had horse flies leave the horses alone.  We had allergic bumps leave Allie; we had Dakota lay down on the trail ride and Amanda didn't get hurt; Amanda's dad came and rescued her disabled truck; we had the perfect size tire to fit Tom's tire that blew out on the way home.....and the list goes on and on......  We also had a very intimate sized group.  This was nice because for the first time we were not as hectic as years past.  We were able to relax a bit.

Enjoy the pictures and I'll rejoin you at the end to summarize our next awesome event.

Here is a video on Youtube I made of Mina's 7 week progress.  This is really cute seeing where her progress was at just 7 weeks old.  Enjoy.

We had a wonderful time at our Annual Pictures in December of 2014.  Here are some of the highlighted pictures.  The last one is a group shot of all of us with Mina in the middle.  She looks so tiny, you can hardly see her.  Wait until you see her from this years group picture in Part 2.
